Droid Capital's overarching goal, is to consistently increase the value of the assets under the control of Droid|DAO. Decisions are made for the DAO's benefit, and benefit members of the DAO equally.
What does "the value of assets under the control of Droid|DAO" mean? This means any crypto assets (such as USDC, BTC, SOL), any NFTs, and the equity in businesses the DAO has invested in.
Why will an increasing DAO treasury lead to an increasing floor price?
Simply put, the more funding the DAO has at its disposal the more that can be achieved by the DAO, for the DAO:
More funding equals more frequent and larger investments
More funding equals more revenue generating investments
More investments will lead to more and more $DROID utility
Every NFTs represents a part % ownership of the treasury. As the value of that ownership % increases, so to will the FP
PROJECT ETHOS
The NFT ecosystem is rife with 'ponzi-nomic', projects and tokens. The vast majority of "passive income" projects are nothing more than pyramid schemes, whereby royalties from new buyers are drip fed to existing holders, via unsustainable liquidity pools, until one day the well runs dry.
DROID CAPITAL is not one of these projects.
A project must first establish sources of sustainable value, otherwise all funds flow out of the project via the LP. This is little more than a slow death, and it is what happens to projects that introduce LPs without profitable cash flows.
Droid|Dao is legally registered in Panama. That country has stated its intentions to legally recognise DAOs, and to regulate cryptocurrencies. Other well established projects have followed Droid Captal's lead and have established in Panama.
Droid Capital operates as a DAO, with major decisions being vote based, weighted by holdings. The project votes on-chain, and intends to move towards an increasingly decentralized operating framework.
