How does the DROID|DAO invest it's funds?
Droid Capital is the first DAO managed, NFT launched VC firm on Solana. No other project invests DAO funded equity, via a legally registered entity, into exclusive pre-public VC opportunities.
While there are a number of other NFT projects that seek to invest DAO funds into other NFT projects, and even IDOs, these projects are distinctly different to Droid Capital.
We are doing things differently.
The majority of stakers have locked their Droids up for 1 year!
Droid|DAO members have shown incredible support for the project. Immediately following the release of staking, the majority of our holders chose to stake for 1 year. This trend has continued and an estimated 80%+ of all staked NFTs are for 1 year.
Droid|DAO's member base consists of highly experienced 'real-life' TradFi experts, Devs, Cross-Chain natives, Crypto and NFT Trading GOATS, as well as Tokenomics experts, project founders and all round legends who vote on the DAO's decisions.
DROID|DAO's operations are managed transparently. Governance documents have been voted on and approved by DAO members and the DAO's wallets are publicly available. Monthly reports are submitted to the DAO.

Fairness: 1 NFT = 1 Vote. All holders get their say in proportion to their holdings
Transparency: Proposals invested in by the DAO must be for the good of all holders
Professionalism: Only screened opportunities will be considered by the DAO
Honesty: All opinions, questions, and voices are welcomed, listened to, and addressed openly
The Droid Capital founders are not making investments on your behalf. It is Droid|DAO that will execute the project’s strategy. As a Droid Capital NFT holder, you have a say in what this is.
Every 3 months DAO elections are conducted to fill important positions like Head of Treasury, Head of Governance, Head of Research and Head of Marketing. These teams are populated by DAO members who offer to contribute their skills.
The elected High Council consists of 5 highly-experienced DAO members who act as the driving force of the DAO's strategy execution. Droid Capital's two co-founders are currently members of the High Council.
Droid|DAO represents the interests of Droid Capital’s NFT holders and is responsible for promoting the Droid Capital brand and managing the DAO treasury.
